Collect from us — free
If you are in or near Sector 83, Gurugram, choose Pickup at checkout and collect from the Emaar Palm Gardens gate reception. There is no charge and no minimum order. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours and we message you when yours is packed — bring your order number.
Everywhere else in India
Free delivery on orders over ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹49 applies and is shown in your basket before you pay — there is nothing added at the final step.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes a further 3 to 7 working days depending on where you are; metros are at the faster end of that range and remote pin codes at the slower end.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received one within 3 working days of ordering, contact us.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is damaged in transit, photograph it before opening if you can, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund it.
