Refund policy

Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition we could reasonably sell again.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and what you would like to return. We will confirm the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item we refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Items we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on hair accessories, combs, toothbrushes or swimwear once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any delivery charge you paid. You will not be asked to cover return postage on a fault of ours.
