What does delivery cost?
Free over ₹499 anywhere in India. Below that a flat ₹49 applies, shown in your basket before you pay. Collection from Sector 83, Gurugram is always free.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect from the Emaar Palm Gardens gate reception in Sector 83, Gurugram. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours and there is no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Dispatched within 2 working days, then typically 3 to 7 working days in transit.
Can I return something?
Yes. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and return it unused and in its original packaging. Once we have it back we refund to your original payment method.
How do I pay?
Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery yet.
Do you have any discount codes?
Yes, and we would rather you used one than went looking. WELCOME100 takes ₹100 off your first order over ₹799. SCHOOL150 takes ₹150 off ₹1,499 and BULK300 takes ₹300 off ₹2,999, which is where class gifts and school lists usually land. FREEDEL covers delivery on orders over ₹349 if you are just under the free-delivery line.
Are the sizes and capacities accurate?
Where a capacity or measurement is stated on a product page it comes from the manufacturer. If a bottle's capacity is not listed, it is because we could not verify it and we would rather leave it blank than guess.
