Returns
Return anything unused in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery and we refund to your original payment method.

Care
Rinse bottles and lunch boxes by hand with warm soapy water before first use. Insulated steel should not go in a dishwasher or microwave — the heat damages the vacuum seal that keeps drinks cold.
